Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Tightly secure rubber cove base molding in Ms. Hackey and Mrs. Pater room. Secure loose rubber cove base molding in 2nd grade boys bathroom. Monitor and repair ceiling in drama and Spanish cottage. Repair ceiling and wall in fine art building on 2nd floor across from technology classroom. Observed ceiling damaged and water stain on wall and wall showing hair line cracks. Continue to touch-up paint throughout where needed. Wipe/clean lower section of wall in lower school building where children line up. |
