-Observed the ceiling peeling in the 2nd grade hall & in a restroom- lower school. Also around the window-in one of the Mezzanine's restrooms.
-Observed stained ceiling tiles in the stage hallway and in room 204.
-Observed the urinal stall walls rusting in the middle school boy's restroom.
-Observed stained carpet in room 204.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |
