Observed water stained ceiling tiles throughout in diffrerrent class rooms(200, 203, 209, 219) and hallway area. Repair any roof leaks, then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Observed paint bubbling and flaking from upper section of wall in room 100 and 118. Repair roof or exterior of wall, then repair interior wall and repaint. What is causing paint to bubble and flake from upper section of wall? Observed stained carpet throughout in classrooms. Clean/shampoo carpet. I recommend just replacing stained carpet! Finish repairing wall in janitor closet located on 200 hall(replace missing base tile cove moulding along base of wall and floor and paint wall/sheet rock).Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

Clean air conditoner unit grill/front cover on 200 hall. Dust top of book shelving in media center. Remove broken pencil sharpener with sharp edge from wall in 116.All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).General Comment: General wiping/cleaning of wall under soap and paper towels dispenser in bathrooms. Ms. Gray and Mr. Washington present at time of inspection. |
