Lighting and ventilation shall be provided and installed as required by the N.C. State Building Code. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (a). Observed several bulbs burned out through out the entry to each grade level hall. Bulb burned out in the boys toilet entry way on 8th grade hall. |
