Observed no soap at handwashing sink in art room, no soap in B-hall girls restroom, observed hand drying device out of service in B-hall boys room, observed no soap and paper towels in mobile unit girls restroom RR799. Ensure all handwashing sinks are stocked with soap, paper towels, or other hand drying device.
Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed loose toilet seat in B-hall boys restroom. Repair toilet seat. Points deduction remains the same at this time. |
