Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol can’s in reach of children in several classrooms checked during time of inspection. EHS advises school to store toxic materials according to manufactures guidance stating (keep out of reach of children).
