Observed b-2 room with a stained ceiling tile. Observed MC1048 with two ceiling tiles falling. Observed tiles in MC 385 and gym to be severely bowed and appear to be moisture logged in some areas. Observed severe tile damage to cafeteria flooring.

Observed several closets throughout facility with items stored directly on floor and unorganized, prohibiting cleaning.

Observed vents throughout facility in need of cleaning. Observed b-9 room AC to be rusted. Observed light fixture in MC 1048 to be falling.
