NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol on stored on high shelving in restroom 2 located in outside mobile unit. EHS advises school to store toxic materials according to manufacturers guidance. *NOTE: Ms. Geri Crooks was present during time of inspection.
