Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed stained ceiling tiles in Main and PreK classroom. Check for no active leaks, repair if needed. Replace new ceiling tiles. Keep clean and good repair. |
