Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. Observed toilet paper stuck to ceiling and walling in boys group restroom located near gym.
NO POINTS DEDUCTED FOR THE BELOW VIOLATION:
#8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dead insects inside of light shields sporadically throughout school building. |
