Observed Lysol wipes and aerosols stored accessible to children. Chemicals need to be stored inaccessible when not in use to avoid health hazards (Store according to manufacturer directions). Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed battery dead on sink in girls bathroom in middle school building on the top floor.
