NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #7. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Observed boxes of storage on the floor in storage room located in library. EHS advises school to store storage according to notated rule. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dead insects sporadically throughout light shields within all building. NOTE: Head Custodian, Ms. Lazo was present during time of inspection. EHS advises school to replace ceilings in restrooms that are not constructed of washable material. Observed tissue stuck to popcorn ceiling in room upper 200 restrooms.

Observed minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tile replaced.
