Observed custodial closets containing chemicals (within reach) open in the lower 100, 200, & 300 halls.
Observed 2 custodial carts in the halls with chemicals on them.
Observed several adult restrooms with aerosol air freshener stored within reach of the students.
Observed Fabuloso in room 205, Windex in room 210, and a bottle labeled Bleach in room 301. **Keep all hazardous items out of reach of the students.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
