General Comments

General Comment: #4. Observed toilet paper stuck to ceiling in girls bathroom in gym area. Clean ceiling in bathroom.**Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). #5. Observed (1) spring loaded faucet fixture not properly operating in boys bathroom in 300 building. Repair spring loaded faucet fixture on hand washing sink**Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). #8. Observed loose leg on table in room 212 and 203. Tightly secure leg on table. Observed loose siding on locker beside room 408. Secure loose upper siding on locker.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Mr. Burch present at time of inspection.

Repair any roof leaks or leaks from heating and cooling units. Observed water stained ceiling in room 401, 209 and lower 200 hallway. Repair any and all roof leaks/ heating and cooling units leaks then repair and repaint ceiling. Observed water on floor under floor tiles in room 307. Not sure if water is leaking from heating and cooling unit or wickering through wall. Repair any issues causing water to collect under floor tiles.
