Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in hall outside C103, in C118, in 105A, and outside 102A. Observed window sill broken in MC1098. Needs repair. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosols and cleaners stored accessible to children in music classroom bathroom. Observed aerosols and disinfectant wipes stored accessible to children in several classrooms. Observed custodial closest next to gym were left unlocked and contain chemical storage. Toxic materials shall be stored to avoid health hazards (and as directed on label) as to avoid health hazards. |
