Reduce water pressure on water fountain on C hall near flex room so water does not splash onto the floor.**Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). -#8. Clean ventilation cover in cafeteria area. Replace blown light bulbs throughout in light fixtures throughout in classrooms. Replace broken window in old pre k classroom!-----> Broken window has been boarded up.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Spring loaded faucet fixtures shall operate for at least 15 seconds. Observed some hand washing sinks in classroom area not operating. Either repair hand washing sinks or remove from classrooms. Was informed by Ms. Simpson that school was in the process of removing some sinks from classrooms. Provide soap and paper towels at hand washing sink if hand washing sinks in classrooms are going to be kept in classrooms. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).
