Provide soap and paper towels at all handsinks at all times. Also observed water stains on light shield within classrooms. Observed vents on lower section of wall on hallway on back side of gym area had been kicked in by students. Secure vents within walls. Observed hole in wall in old section of school building. Observed standing water in holes at base of gutters between old and new section of school building. Fill in hole and properly repair gutter to prevent water from collecting at base of building.**There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).**Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
