REPEAT: Observed several spring loaded faucets in different buildings with short run times. Ensure all spring loaded faucets stay on

-Observed broken floor tiles at the thresholds of several building entry/exit doors. Repair.
-Observed stained ceiling tiles in each building- gym, classes and hallways. Some of the tiles have turned black (microbial growth). Repair the issues and replace tiles. (Note: Per the Principal, Coit onsite now to work on this problem).
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |
