REPEAT: Observed cobwebs in the corners in the corners of several buildings. Observed tissue wads on the ceiling in the boy's restroom- "F" building. Observed stained ceiling tiles (some budging, some with microbial buildup, and some falling) in multiple building hallways, in the media center, classrooms, restrooms, storage rooms, etc. Observed parts of the cove bases removed from the wall in boy's "B" building restroom. Observed paint peeling on the window in the upper "A" hall boy's restroom. Observed the floor drain clogged allowing water to puddle on the floor in the "C" building storage room.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

-Observed the HVAC units rusted and peeling in D5 & D6. Repair these and any others in the same condition.
-Observed bugs in the light shield in the boy's upper "A" hall restroom.
-Observed the wall vents dusty in F8.
All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).
