Observed the stall door frame in the boy's locker room splitting with nails exposed.Floors, walls, and ceilings of dressing rooms and showers shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (a).11. Observed cans of paint, aerosol sprays, disinfectant wipes, plugins, and bleach in the cafeteria, 101, special ed room, and music room.Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).**NOTES: -Observed the bottom of one of the bookshelves in the library broken off with nails exposed. Repair.-Observed what appeared to be droppings in the drawers in room 101. Clean and if more are observed in the future provide pest control.Ms. Joi White present.
