Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed a stained ceiling tile near classroom 307 and near stairwell on level 3. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
