NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 2 toilets out of order in girls restroom located in church building. School is aware of issue and are actively working to have toilets repaired. #7. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. Observed boxes of supplies on the floor in storage closet located in weight room. *NOTE: Mr. Williams was present during time of inspection.
