Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed hole in the wall in Computer Room 301. Cover missing on cable outlet in Rm #217 and the library on the 3rd floor. Observed crack drywall and peeled paint in the boys toilet on the 3rd floor. Observed gap between floor tile and wall in storage closet on the 3rd floor. Observed buildup of dust in the ceiling vent in the girls toilet on the 1st floor. Observed stained tile in several rooms throughout. |
