Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed hazardous items such as lysol and chlorox wipes, window cleaners, toilet bleach, Raid bug spray, aerosol sprays and other chemicals stored where accessible to children. Observed custodial closet containing chemicals unlocked in girls bathroom B152.
