General Comment: #3. Observed something stuck in water nozzle of water fountain near gang bathroom near cafeteria. Remove stuck item from water nozzle of fountain. Observed (1)water fountain not operating near media center. All other water fountains are clean and operating properly. **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #11. Clean milk cartons from between modular units.**The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).

Replace missing transitional floor molding at entrance to media center. Wipe/clean door to cafeteria. Wipe/clean modular unit doors and recommend repainting modular unit doors. Observed paint coming off of modular unit doors. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
