General Comment:. #8. Wipe/ dust window blinds throughout. Wipe/ dust top of cabinet and book shelving in classroom and media center.***All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #10. Observed damaged drain plug on trash dumpster. Replace damaged drain plug on dumpster or just replace entire dumpster.**Solid waste containers shall be kept clean, in good repair, and emptied when full, but not less than once a week. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (b). Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). Recommend just replacing damaged counter top in girls bathroom. Clean area around faucet fixture in girls bathroom located behind school. Thoroughly clean base of sink in room C8 and B7. Repair leaking faucet fixture on hand washing sink in B-7. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).
6	30	FLOORS: WALLS: AND CEILINGS: Floors, walls, and ceilings clean and in good repair 30# (.2410)	No	No	No	Observed water stained ceiling tiles and ceiling tiles with microbial growth present in hallway area and some classrooms. REPAIR ANY AND ALL ROOF LEAKS, THEN REPLACE WATER STAINED CEILING TILES AND CEILING TILES WITH MICROBIAL GROWTH PRESENT! *****REPEAT ISSUE FROM PAST TWO YEARS!**Observed damaged and missing floor tiles in outside modular units(MC1009, MC890,MC1021, etc). Repair and replace damaged floor tiles in rooms. School is covering damaged spots with rugs and rugs is more of a trip hazard within rooms because some rug are overlaying to cover spots------>REPAIR FLOOR TILES AND REMOVE RUGS! WIpe/clean walls throughout in hallway area. General cleaning of floor throughout in classrooms. Thoroughly clean floor in behavior lab. Touch-up paint throughout where needed. Observed gaps on base of exit door. Install door sweep on base of exit doors. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
