General Comments

NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #3. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed outside mobile drinking fountains with build up on drinking nozzles. These water fountains are currently turned off and not being used however they should still be kept cleaned. #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 toilet out of order in girls restroom on “A” hallway. Per head custodian, a work order has been submitted to have toilet repaired. *NOTE: Head Custodian Mr. Hall was present during time of inspection. Observed stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced.
