Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advised school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
