NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol stored in reach of children in PreK mobile classroom. EHS advises school to store toxic materials according to manufactures guidance that states, “keep out of reach of children”. *NOTE: Ms. Patty was present during time of inspection.
