Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in stairwell. Observed peeling paint on walls and ceiling in PrekA. Observed peeling paint on wall in girls ground floor bathroom. Needs repair. Touch up. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol spray and other cleaners accessible to children in Kindergarten and Art classrooms. Needs to be stored out of reach of children as directed on manufacturer label to prevent health hazards. REPEAT. |
