Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in stairwell. Observed peeling paint on walls and ceiling in PrekA. Observed peeling paint on wall/ceiling around arch in 3rd floor boys bathroom. Observed peeling paint on wall in girls 3rd floor bathroom final stall. Needs repair. Touch up. REPEAT.
*EHS made a referral for lead investigation due to peeling paint in prek classroom. |

Observed aerosol and disinfectant wipes labeled keep out of reach of children stored accessible to children in prek4b. Observed custodial closet and storage closet containing chemicals on the first floor left unlocked. Toxic material shall be stored to avoid health hazards. |
