NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #5 - Observed caulking needed around the back of the hand sink in the girls upstairs restroom. **Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). #11 - Observed chemical closets unlocked within boys upstairs restroom. EHS advised that these doors remain locked. Principal stated that doors are normally locked. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
