NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #3 - Observed water fountains with pink build-up on upstairs hallway. Clean nozzles more frequently to prevent build-up. **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #11 - Observed custodial closet with door open in cafeteria. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
