NOTE: Head Custodian, Ms. Craig, was present during time of inspection. Report emailed to her and principal at the following: Thomasina.craig@cms.k12.nc.us M.angerer@cms.k12.nc.us *Per conversation with Head Custodian, Ms. Craig, outside mobile restroom are not being utilized and have not be used since January of 2023. School is in the process of removing outside mobile units to start construction on a new building.

Observed 1 toilet leaking in girls restroom located on 2nd floor of “O” building. Observed 1 girls toilet out of order in “D” building. (Observed toilets leaking sporadically throughout school building. According to Head Custodian, students are kicking pipes on toilets and handsinks resulting in them leaking).

Observed ceiling stained and ceiling cover peeling in girls restroom located on 2nd floor of “F” building.
