Repeat: Observed stained ceiling tiles or cracked ceiling in B11, B8A, K building girl's restroom, K5, K3, CB-1, 2, &4, C hall @ the teacher restroom, MC1184, girl's & boy's 2nd floor restrooms (F building), in the hall of O building @ room 1311 & in 1203, and E building in C hall @ A204.
*Note: Not all classes were inspected. Please repair and replace all areas listed above and any others.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

-Observed live insects in the girl's dressing room in the auditorium and in one of the mobile unit restrooms. Provide pest control.
-The inspector received information that there is a squirrel that travels through the ceiling from office to office in the student services area. Observed what appeared to be squirrel droppings on a table in one of the offices. Trap and remove it, and inspect the outside of the building to find where it is entering.
There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). |
