8. Observed dusty vents in several restrooms.All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).10. Observed the drain plug missing in the dumpster.Solid waste containers shall be kept clean, in good repair, and emptied when full, but not less than once a week. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (b).11.Observed a can of paint in the girl's locker room, Disinfectant wipes in the Boy's weight room, and disinfectant wipes, Lysol, & aerosol spray in 207 in the 'A' building. All items were stored unlocked and within the reach of the students.Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).Mr. Roger O'Garro present during inspection.
