Observed chlorox wipes accessible to children in classes C2, C6, A9 pods,and B1. Observed excessive bottles of hand sanitizer in reach of children in C2. Observed 2 door science closet on 5th grade hall with containers of ammonia. Closet is unlocked and accessible to children. Keep all hazardous items stored away from children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
