Observed ceiling tiles out of place in boys 300 hall gang restroom. Observed ceilings in need of cleaning in boys 300 hall gang restroom, boys backpath restroom, and boys cafeteria restroom. Observed cleaning needed on the base of toilets in girls locker room. Observed water damaged ceiling in boys backpath restroom. Observed walls with scuffing in boys cafeteria restroom. Observed loose toilet seats in the girls upper ramp restroom and girls backpath restroom. Observed wall damage in the staff restroom of 300C hallway. Observed peeling paint near base of wall in girls upper ramp restroom.
**Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).**Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). |
