Repeat: Observed some of the spring loaded faucets with run times less than 15 seconds. Ensure all spring loaded faucets stay on for a minimum of 15 seconds to facilitate proper handwashing.

Observed water stained ceiling tiles in several halls and in some of the classes (Some of which are turning black-possible mold growth). Repair any leaks and change the tiles.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
