Repeat Non-Compliance: Observed a can of paint stored unlocked and within reach of the students in a room on A300 hall, and cleaning chemicals in a closet in room 203 (Montessori Hall). Keep all toxic/hazardous items stored out of reach of the children. If "out of reach" is not feasible, store them behind lock and key.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
