#6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed 2 stained ceiling tiles outside of classroom E8. #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed 2 light fixtures not operating outside of group restrooms on B hallway. Per head custodian a work order has been submitted to have issue repaired. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Mr. Currence, was present during a time of inspection.
