NO POINTS DEDUCTED FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 urinal out of order in boys outside mobile restroom. #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes and cleaner stored in reach of children in 1 mobile classroom. EHS advises school to stored toxic material according to manufactures guidance that states, “keep out of reach of children”. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Ms. Tasha, was present during time of inspection. Observed 1 handsink faucet loose in girls restroom on “B” hallway. (No points deducted, per head custodian a work order has been submitted to have faucet repaired). Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c). Observed paper towels missing in boys outside mobile restroom.
