Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Observed drinking fountains near cafeteria and gymnasium with black build up inside of nozzle. EHS advises school to increase cleaning frequency of drinking fountain nozzles throughout facility. |

Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed several toilets out of order throughout school building to include: 1 girls toilet on B hallway, 1 toilet in boys and girls restroom near gymnasium, and 2 girls toilets near library. Per conversation with custodial staff work orders have been submitted to have toilets repaired. |
