Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling tile and ceiling peeling at entry way into boys restroom located across from media center. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tile repaired. Observed tissue stuck to ceiling in girls restroom located on 700 hallway. Observed flooring in girls outside mobile unit with some floor tiles cracking/missing and with black accumulation. |
