Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). Observed tissue stuck to ceiling in restrooms throughout school building. Observed markings on stall partitions throughout school. Observed white out on the floor and on stall partitions in girls restroom near courtyard located on lower level. (POINTS DEDUCTED)
Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d).Observed a couple of toilets in school out of order, per Mr. Seabron a work order has been submitted to have toilets repaired. (NO POINTS TAKEN FOR THIS VIOLATION) |
