No Points Deducted: 3. Observed a few water fountains on the 1st floor with pink buildup. Clean. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). 7. Observed boxes stored on the floor in the storage room by 250A. Observed items stored unorganized on the gym storage room floor. Organize so that the floor can be seen. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. 11. Observed one of the custodial rooms upstairs not closed. Keep closed due to the storage of chemicals. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
