Observed several classrooms sinks needing cleaning around drains. Several bathrooms have corroded faucet fixtures and pitted sinks.

Repair all leaks and ceilings. Replace tiles where needed. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.

Organize per the rule in order to facilitate proper cleaning. Floors in storage rooms need cleaning.
