Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed several minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises facility to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |

Observed detailed cleaning needed to flooring in locker rooms (custodial staff is actively working to clean school for start of new school year, showers will be throughly cleaned before school starts back). Observed some baseboards missing in girls locker room shower area. |
