Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
Observed stained ceiling tiles in several classrooms and on 100 hall (114-127), stained and cracked/torn ceiling tile in gymnasium, missing ceiling tile in gymnasium storage room. Observed stained ceiling tile and what appeared to be water stains running down the wall in classroom 115. Observed floor grout in classroom 129's modified toilet needs to be replaced. Observed loose wall borders at the base of the wall. Repair or replace ceiling tiles throughout.
