Last limited food establishment (LFE) permit was deleted on 12/31/15. School concession stand is not allowed to handle, cook or serve food without a food service permit from Mecklenburg County Environmental Health. School concession stand need to cease the handling, cooking and serving of food products until permit is obtained. School can only serve and sell prepackaged foods until permit is obtained.
